I was thinking of getting some custom vans slip-ons off their website and spray paint a logo on it ((white canvas and red spray paint)), so I was wondering if there is a special spray paint to use on canvas shoes. Thanks!!
Spray Paint on canvas?
I'm fairly certain that the paint will flake and distort because of the flexibility of the shoes while you're wearing them. The only reason paint doesn't flake off of an artist's canvas is because it stays flat and untouched.
Reply:Airbrush is the way to go. They also have spray paint cans that you can buy at an art store called "Montana" which is made specifically for what you want to do, it is made differently then regular spray paint and. It will be more professional looking as well
