8th Grade Graduation Dress?

I am looking for a really cute graduation dress. Not super long like a bit below my knees. I also don't like strapless, I want a pricey dress too 100-500 I want it to be special, any ideas??? Also any cute shoes too, I was thinking flats. I have pale skin,brown eyes, dark brown hair, longer than shoulder length, about 5' 3" 107. I don't know why I am telling you this, I guess in the hopes of finding a good dress lol!

Well most graduation dresses are either white or off-white. Also, both of those dresses that you said you liked come from Urban Outfitters and are less than $100. They don't seem very special or extraordinary to me.

As far as shoes go...you can't go wrong with black heels. Especially if you're going with a traditional white graduation dress.

Reply:Depends what kind of dress you're going for... since graduation and 'prom/dance' type dresses are two different things. I typically associate graduation dresses to be a bit classier than the typical prom dress. I think Ann Taylor has very clean, elegant looking dresses around your price range. If Ann Taylor seems a bit old, there's also BCBG--they have very very cute knee length dresses. Or Nordstrom as well. :) All of these places also carry shoes. You should choose your shoes to match your dress because though flats may look cute on its own, it doesn't necessarily mean that it'll match with the whole dress-look.
