I'm Spanish and I need help, please !?

Can someone correct this writing? I am having an exam soon.





I'm going to tell about my best friend. Her name is Beatriz and she was born in Madrid on May 9, 1991. She has got two brothers and she is the youngest person in the family. She grew up with her parents and brothers.


I met her when I was in the swimming-pool, I was alone and she wanted to be my friend. Since that day we have been friends.


She loves going abroad and going sightseeing, she likes spending a lot of time with exotic animals. She doesn't mind ironing in her house but she hates sunbathing in the summer because her skin is very sensitive.


I think she is a positive person. She is extrovert and friendly. And all teachers say she is very talkative. But her best quality is her good mood.


She usually wears jeans or skirt with a t-shirt but the special days she wears a dress with shoes high heeled (rarely she wears a purse).


Yesterday we studied together because we have got and exam today.

Excellent, excellent, just a few points. Never start a sentence with "and" - in fact, do not use it at all here, start your sentence with "All her teachers say............





Shoes high heeled should read high heeled shoes and use "carries" a purse not "wears" a purse.





Oh, and "Got an exam, not got and exam.

*****I have taken a lot of english classes. What is this assignment for?? I would suggest that you try to make all of the topics flow together. It seems that you will be talking about one thing and then you just jump right into the next sentence. Do you have to mention her clothing style?? Or that she gets sunburned easily?? *You could say how old Beatriz is i.e Beatriz is 15 years old.


*when you say "shoes high heeled" instead say "high heel shoes".


*When you say she likes exotic animals you could say ...a lot of time with exotic animals, such as, Lions and tigers, her favourite are zebras.

you should say i met her AT the swimming people instead of IN the swimming pool....when u say in it kind of sounds like you both met while you were in the water





also when you say "ironing in her house"...that's kind of random! what do u mean by that? like doing chores?! can you say what you mean in spanish? (i speak spanish)





and when you say shoes high heeled, you should change it to "high heeled shoes"

just a quick pointer, never start a new sentence with words such as 'and' or 'but', either miss them out, or use commas, other than that it is just general word confusion, hope this helps. as someone said earlier that you carry a purse, they are WRONG! you learn american english in europe, and a purse is also known as a bag, so yes, you can say wear a purse.
