I have to write a story on this topic...what does this mean?

A group of scientist have discoverd a form of anti-matter that counteracts the force of gravity.As a special experiment they place the anti-matter in the shoes of 10 high school students,what happened

I have to write a story on this topic...what does this mean?
This puts me in mind of an old movie called Flubber. Perhaps you can google "Flubber" and see if it seems like what you are describing.

Antimatter when it meets normal matter, explodes with the power of a nuclear explosive. Its the fuel of the starship enterprise.





The amount they float depends on how much is in the shoes. If there is enough antigravity in their shoes to provide 10 pounds of lift, and you put it in the shoes of the football team, then its not going to do much. If it provides 150 pounds of lift, then it could shoot some people into the sky like lawnchair larry, If it provides 1000 pounds of lift, then its likely to shoot someone out of the solar system with or without spacesuit.





This sounds like a MIB episode.
Reply:anti-matter just bursts if it comes into contact with matter.Therefore you can't actually put it in children's shoes and it doesn't effect gravity in any way. Your teacher is just asking you to write an article.I don't think research in any way is necessary seeing that the article doesn't contain any right information.It is more of a writing assignment.
