what do you do with all the "special" and "humming" items in your inventory?


i have like 20 random things like shoes and seaweed and all kinds of random stuff that says "special" n stuff like that under it, is there a way i can get neopoints for all of it or what?

A 'special' item is an item that cannot be bought in the neopian shops, and instead is found in certain places around the site for example dailies and random events.





A 'retired' item is one that is no longer sold in neopian shops, or no longer produced, with a few notable exceptions. For example the faerie paint brush, which can still be won or found in random events, but is no longer sold at the hidden tower.





'Humming' items are almost always paint brushes, the robotification zappermajig also hums, but it is classed as a paint brush.





Codestones 'shake'.





You can sell all those items in your own shop.

You can create a shop and sell the stuff, if you wish.





The random stuff like old shoes and seaweed are mostly worthless. But you can donate them to the money tree, if you wish.
