are there any special shoes that you can buy to run through ice and slush in? With really good traction and water resistance?

you can get treads that slip onto any shoes like snow chains. go to your local running store or outdoor equipment store, even REI online. they can help you.
Reply:I tried that once it was one of the best work-outs of my life because not only did i get faster i actually started to sweat a little and i never sweat i don't know why, but try it wit your running shoes.
