Will i lose weigth fast if i eat only speacial k cereals and the special snacks as well????

hi ppl


plz tell me only if ure experienced also i will use a centrum multivitamin once a day to make up for any vitamins missed and also i will use plenty of fruits only with a cereal and maybe on the weekend i will eat a piece of meat or pizza///so from telling u what i will do will i lose weight and oh yh i will walk for exercise and stretch alot and do situps and crunches as well ...and ppl dont lecture me saying u will get tired because if i didnt used to eat so much i wudnt have to resort to dieting and i have to make my self look good agen im not really fat fat im probs chubby ....cuz girls still like me----i stand at around 5-10 and if i where shoes around 6feet tall but without shoes im about 5-10 and i weigh around 190-195....do u think im fat as well or just heavy set????yea ppl thanks and remember to answer my question after reading everything.

okay firstly i recomend you dont eat special k for all your meals/snacks.





i nearly considered this.





but if you look they contain a shocking amount of salt for a so called diet product.





as for the snack bars, they are drenched in sugar which isnt great.





and if your eating just cereal you will have to drink alot of milk with it, which may be to much for your body to use.





personally i only recomend you have it for breakfast








as for excercise running is a great way to burn fat.

As for your diet...


I would say don't stick to that special K diet thing. Just work on eating better. Have salads, meat with no bread, no fried foods, reduce the amount of sugar you eat...Things like that. It's something you will be able to stick to in the long run. It also won't be such a drastic change in your life.





As for your work out....


It sounds like a good plan. It's nothing too crazy but if you do it you will loose the weight. To figure out how many crunches to do, do as many as you possibly can before it hurts too much. Skip a day and do that same amount again. As the time goes by you will realize that you can do it without it hurting nearly as much and you can increase the amount.

Reply:you won't lose weight if you just eat one thing all the time, mix it up and eat lots of healthy foods - its good how you mentioned the fruit. get some veggies in there too! I find Grape Nuts to be a pretty healthy cereal, it has lots of fiber which is also good for you. I would suggest maybe having cereal in place of breakfast and lunch, and have a healthy, well balanced dinner, with carrot sticks and almonds and all-natural applesauce in between for snacks. Make sure you get plenty of water too! Good luck!
